Senior Data Engineers play a crucial role in helping our client organizations manage and leverage their data effectively. Their responsibilities include: Data Architecture Design; Data Warehousing; Data Quality Assurance; Scalability and Performance Optimization; and Data Security. As a Data Engineering Manager, you are responsible for leading and managing a team of Data Engineers while actively contributing to the development and implementation of data engineering solutions. Your primary focus will be to address pain points related to engineering culture, provide coaching and feedback to your direct reports, and stay up-to-date with industry trends in a way that benefits the company. You will play a crucial role in driving employee retention, resourcing, learnings management, presales, feedback gathering, QA, and internal engineering processes.

As an Analytics Engineer Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Analytics Engineers while actively contributing to the development and implementation of analytics engineering solutions. Your primary focus will be to address pain points related to analytics engineering culture, standardized development and modeling approaches, tools, and staying up-to-date with industry trends in a way that benefits the company. You will play a crucial role in driving employee retention, resourcing, learnings management, presales, feedback gathering, QA, and internal analytics engineering processes.

The Data Solutions Manager drives the end-to-end approach for our client engagements with moderate technical and organizational complexity. Team members in this function act as a bridge between our data solutions and analytics and engineering teams. They manage our data solutions engagements through internal cross-team collaboration and as an interpreter for external stakeholders. The Data Solutions Manager is responsible for setting the engagement goals, defining success, helping motivate teams, and are ultimately accountable for the outcome of a given engagement.

The Associate Director, Data Solutions is responsible for the successful outcomes of multiple client engagements with high technical and organizational complexity, ensuring that business results are optimized, and strategic objectives are met. Associate Directors should independently drive the value creation for their clients, whereas their respective Director/Senior Director is the primary point of contact for executive relationship management and with occasional input to engagements.   In addition, this role directly manages team members within the Data Solutions team. The Associate Director, Data Solutions works closely with key client stakeholders to translate vision and business requirements into solutions and to mobilize high performing teams by leveraging best practices across engineering, agile development, and project management. This role will also contribute to new business initiatives in close partnership with the Sales team, such as proposal writing, sales calls, conferences and strategic partnership relationships.    The Associate Director, Data Solutions is a strategic cross functional position that will partner closely with client services, functional leads, and leadership teams.
