We are looking for a detail-oriented Traffic Associate to direct and monitor the flow of projects and staffing through the company. The Traffic Associate is responsible for ensuring project details are complete, talent needs are met as well as identifying potential issues that may disrupt work schedules.  To be successful as a traffic coordinator, you should have a working knowledge of project management software and be adept at developing solutions for workflow delays.


  • Identifying opportunities to adjust and revise work processes in order to increase efficiency
  • Participating in staffing meetings to ensure that data is up to date and tracked in our Project Management tool, Mavenlink
  • Regularly monitoring and updating project details, following up on open items, and ensuring projects are up to date
  • Communicating potential problems to project teams and recommending solutions
  • Informing project teams of any updates and changes as and when they occur
  • Recommending creative solutions to complex staffing challenges
  • Ensuring timesheets are complete, on time and that utilization matches forecasts
  • Monitor utilization and capacity reports
  • Manage the outsourcing process for Velir including the relationship of all contractors and offshore resources and best practices as related to onboarding and oversight

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Sound knowledge of project management software, preferably Mavenlink
  • Proven experience developing schedules and timelines for projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • The ability to multi-task
  • The ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
